Booking Policy for J. Ruth Tax Service
At JRTS, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient booking experience for our clients. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth process:

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online for both virtual and in-person sessions. Once a time slot is booked, it will be removed from the calendar to prevent double bookings.

Virtual Appointments: Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, until May 1, 2026.

In-Person Appointments: Available Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, until May 3, 2026.

Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided, and a copy will be sent to jruthtax@gmail.com. Please ensure your email address is correct.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can manage your booking by contacting us at jruthtax@gmail.com or calling us directly.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $25.

Payment: The full appointment fee (if applicable) must be paid online at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. For clients opting for in-person payment, please notify us in advance.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the session may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s time slot.

Virtual Meeting Requirements: For virtual appointments, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to your preferred method (video chat or phone call). A meeting link or phone number will be provided in your confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.
